The download includes a Power BI “Template” file, a quick start guide, install requirements, sample datasets, example images, and Jupyter Notebooks with example coded visuals.
Do I need a license to use BIMspector Lite?
The BIMspector Lite Insights Pack itself does not require a license. However, depending on your usage of Microsoft Power BI, you may need a license to use the downloadable Power BI “Template” file.
What are the software requirements for using BIMspector Lite?
The BIMspector Lite Insights Pack requires Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Python Programming Language, and several Python libraries (see requirements.txt in provided download).
Is anything automated with BIMspector Lite?
No. This is more of a “DIY” solution where you put your data in the format that the visuals expect to interpret it. You can view sample datasets in the provided download to get an idea of the format that your data needs to be in for it to work. More advanced visuals and services are available with BIMspector Premium Analytics Services.
